Only verified clients are eligible for this program. There is no limit to the number of referral rewards you can receive during the promotion period, however each client can bring only one name for the Target gift card. The referred patient must complete or present a referral card at time of visit with the full name and mailing address of the person referring them. We cannot accept incomplete addresses. Referred person must pay in full and complete their ultrasound appointment. Discount of $10 may not be combined with any other promotion.
